红茶牛油小蛋糕
《红茶牛油小蛋糕》

材料:
A)低筋面粉,牛油,细糖,蛋(打散)
全部都是50Gm
B)红茶袋一包+50ml的烧水浸泡,待冷后取一茶匙红
茶液和红茶袋还有里面的茶渣拿出备用!
做法:
先把牛油镉水溶化然后加糖再加入蛋,茶渣,茶液,再加入
低粉拌均匀就可以了,把面糊倒入小杯子烤200C ,20分钟左右或熟即可。(烘炉热度请自行拿捏)
